90/10 Copper Nickel Double Sweep Tees are high-quality socket weld fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430 and designed specifically for demanding marine and naval piping systems. These fittings are produced using premium-grade UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) material, ensuring excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling. The long-turn double sweep design allows for smooth flow transition, reducing turbulence and pressure loss in critical fluid handling applications.
These double sweep tees are supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions or as per requirement and are intended for use with Class 200 or 700 copper nickel tubes in accordance with MIL-T-16420. Manufactured to meet stringent industry and naval standards, they offer superior strength, durability, and long service life in offshore, shipbuilding, and desalination environments. Available in a wide range of sizes, these fittings can also be supplied with reduced ends or special configurations as per customer requirements.
