90/10 Copper Nickel Female Pipe Thread Adapters are high-quality marine-grade fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430. These adapters are designed with a Male Socket Weld x Female Pipe Thread (MSW x FPT) configuration, allowing secure and reliable connections between socket weld piping systems and threaded components. Produced using premium UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) material, they offer excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling, making them ideal for harsh marine environments.
Supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions, and also available in customized configurations as per customer requirements. These adapters are engineered for durability, leak-proof performance, and long service life in demanding applications. They are intended for use with Class 200 or 700 copper nickel tubes in accordance with relevant military and marine standards. The robust construction ensures reliable performance in high-pressure and high-flow systems while maintaining structural integrity over extended service periods.
