90/10 Copper Nickel Return Bends are premium quality marine-grade fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430. Designed for efficient directional flow reversal in piping systems, these return bends are widely used in marine, naval, offshore, and shipbuilding applications where excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability are essential. Manufactured using high-quality UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) alloy, the fittings offer outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling.
These return bends are supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions and can also be manufactured in customized configurations and pressure ratings as per project requirements. The fittings are intended for use with Class 200 or 700 Copper Nickel Tube IAW MIL-T-16420, ensuring dependable performance in demanding marine piping systems. Precision manufacturing provides accurate dimensions, secure socket weld connections, and leak-proof operation under high-pressure conditions.
Available in sizes ranging from ¼” to 2”, 90/10 Copper Nickel Return Bends are commonly used in seawater lines, cooling water systems, desalination plants, offshore platforms, and naval piping networks.
