90/10 Copper Nickel Socket Weld Crosses are high-performance piping fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430, specifically developed for marine and naval applications. At Cunimet Alloys Pvt. Ltd., these crosses are produced using premium-grade UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) material and are cast to meet ASTM B369 specifications, ensuring superior strength, durability, and long service life in demanding environments. These fittings are designed to provide a reliable four-way connection in piping systems, enabling efficient distribution of fluids in critical applications.
These socket weld crosses are suitable for use with Class 200 or 700 copper nickel tubes in accordance with MIL-T-16420, ensuring full compliance with military and shipbuilding standards. The inherent properties of copper nickel alloys offer excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling, making them ideal for offshore and marine conditions.
