90/10 Copper Nickel Socket Weld Tees are high-quality marine-grade fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430. These fittings are designed to provide efficient branch connections in piping systems while maintaining excellent flow characteristics and structural integrity. Manufactured using premium quality UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) alloy, the tees offer superior resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling, making them ideal for demanding marine and offshore applications.
These tees are supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions and can also be manufactured in customized configurations and pressure ratings as per customer requirements. The fittings are precision manufactured to ensure dimensional accuracy, secure socket weld connections, and reliable leak-proof performance under high-pressure operating conditions. Available as equal tees, these fittings are commonly used where branch piping connections of the same size are required.
