90/10 Copper Nickel Union Assemblies are high-performance marine-grade fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430. These assemblies are specifically designed to provide secure and easily detachable connections in marine and offshore piping systems. Manufactured using premium quality UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) alloy, the fittings offer excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling, making them ideal for demanding naval and seawater applications.
The union assembly consists of a precision-machined CUNI tailpiece and threadpiece joined together using a durable bronze nut, ensuring strong mechanical performance and leak-proof operation. These fittings are supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions and can also be manufactured in customized configurations and pressure ratings as per customer requirements. Precision manufacturing ensures accurate dimensions, reliable sealing, and long service life under high-pressure and corrosive operating conditions.
