90/10 Copper Nickel Plugs are high-quality marine-grade fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430. These plugs are designed for secure sealing and closure of piping systems in demanding marine and offshore environments. Manufactured using premium quality UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) material, the fittings offer excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling, making them highly suitable for naval and seawater applications.
These plugs are supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions and can also be manufactured in customized pressure ratings and configurations as per customer requirements. The fittings are available in both hex head and square head designs, with options for solid or countersunk construction to suit different installation and maintenance requirements. Precision manufacturing ensures reliable sealing performance, dimensional accuracy, and long service life under high-pressure and corrosive operating conditions.
