90/10 Copper Nickel Single Sweep Tees are high-performance marine-grade fittings manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430. These fittings are designed to provide smooth directional flow transition within piping systems while minimizing turbulence and pressure drop. Manufactured using premium quality UNS C70600 / C96200 (90/10 CuNi) alloy, the fittings offer outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling, making them ideal for demanding marine and offshore environments.
These single sweep tees are supplied with 400# socket weld dimensions and can also be manufactured in customized pressure ratings and configurations as per customer requirements. The long turn sweep design allows improved flow characteristics and reduced wear compared to conventional tee fittings. Precision manufacturing ensures dimensional accuracy, secure socket weld connections, and reliable leak-proof performance under high-pressure operating conditions.
Available in sizes ranging from ¼” to 6”, 90/10 Copper Nickel Single Sweep Tees are widely used in marine, naval, offshore, shipbuilding, desalination, cooling water, and seawater piping systems.
