90/10 Copper Nickel Socket Weld Caps are high-quality piping components manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA DWG 803-6397430, designed for demanding marine and naval applications. At Cunimet Alloys Pvt. Ltd., these caps are produced using premium-grade UNS C70600 (90/10 CuNi) material, ensuring excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and erosion in harsh environments. These socket weld caps are specifically engineered to provide a secure and leak-proof closure to piping systems, making them ideal for critical installations.
The fittings are suitable for use with Class 200 or 700 copper nickel tubes in compliance with MIL-T-16420, ensuring compatibility with military and shipbuilding standards. With a typical pressure rating up to 400 PSIG (WOG) and temperature resistance up to 425°F, these caps deliver reliable performance under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
